3. AI-Generated Summaries — Accuracy Disclaimer

Bid summaries on BuildBids are generated by artificial intelligence and may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. Summaries are derived from public procurement documents and are intended as a convenience — not as a substitute for reading the original solicitation. Key details including deadlines, requirements, licensing, bonding, insurance, and scope may be incomplete or incorrect in AI-generated summaries. You must verify all information against the original bid documents before submitting any bid or proposal.

4. Not Legal or Bidding Advice

BuildBids does not provide legal advice, bidding advice, or professional consulting. The information presented on this platform is for general informational purposes only. We do not guarantee that any bid opportunity listed is still active, that your business qualifies for any particular contract, or that our summaries capture all material terms. Consult with a qualified attorney, bonding agent, or bid consultant before making business decisions based on information found on BuildBids.

5. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including saved bids and tracker data. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

8. Free and Paid Plans

BuildBids offers a free tier with limited features and paid tiers with expanded capabilities. We reserve the right to modify pricing, features, and plan limits at any time. Changes to paid plans will be communicated to subscribers before taking effect.

9. Limitation of Liability

BuildBids is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to missed deadlines, inaccurate summaries, lost bid opportunities, or business losses resulting from reliance on information provided by the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your saved bids, tracker data, and preferences will be permanently deleted.
